MAJA BLANCA










INGREDIENTS:
  • 200 G. CREAM CORNSTARCH
  • 1 TALL CAN EVAPORATED MILK
  • 1/2 CONDENSED MILK
  • 1/4 BROWN SUGAR
  • MAKE 5 CUPS COCONUT MILK
  • 1 CAN CORN CREAM
  • 1 CAN CORN WHOLE
PROCEDURE:

  1. DILUTE CORNSTARCH AD EVAPORATED MILK/PURE MILK.IN A SEPARATE BOWL
  2. IN BIG COOKING PAN,POUR ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS; COCO MILK,SUGAR,CONDENSED,CREAM KERNEL TIL BOILED!
  3. LASTLY,WHEN BOILING POUR CORNSTARCH MIXTURE AND KEEP MIXING TIL COOKED.
  4. PLACE IN A BIG PAN..LET IT COOL AND SERVE!
NOTE: FOR TOPPINGS: YOU CAN PUT SOME GROUND PEANUTS OR A LITTLE AMOUNT OF YOUR WHOLE KERNEL AND GRIND IT TO MAKE AS A TOPPING OF YOUR RECIPE.
